RENTAL APPLICATION

Applications must be completed, signed and delivered to The Aggieland Company at 1401 Sebesta Road, College Station, TX 77845, along with an application fee of $40.00 for each application submitted.

PET APPLICATION

Click here for a copy of our Pet Application. Upon approval of your specific pet a $250 pet deposit is required prior to move in.

RENTER'S

INFORMATION SHEET

After your application has been approved and before you can actually move into one of the Aggie Acres Duplexes you must provide the management company proof that all utilities (water, electric & sewer, trash) have been changed over to your name.  Click here to see a list of the utility people with their telephone numbers & addresses. 

Included in the list are names of other companies that may be of use to you.  We have also included information concerning trash pickup in Aggie Acres. A company called B.A.G.S. picks up on Wednesdays and you must pre-pay for the service.  Please Click here for a copy of rules & requirements for B.A.G.S.

RESIDENTIAL LEASE GUARANTY & APPLICATION

Applicants who have no credit or have unacceptable credit must obtain a payment gurananty from someone who does...(parent, guardian, etc.)  Click here to obtain a Residential Lease Guaranty/Application form. The guarantor must complete and sign the forms and deliver them with a check in the amount of $40.00 to:
